Job Description Clinton Valley Elementary 10 month - 219.5 days 8hrs/day 8:00am - 4:30pm Paygrade 5- $22.22/hr Effective June 2026 Replacing Karen Saraceno Position Summary Performs a wide variety of clerical support services to assist the principal of the elementary school, while maintaining confidentiality. Duties and Responsibilities (These duties and responsibilities are judged to be "essential functions" in terms of the Americans With Disabilities Act or ADA) Collects all deposits/disbursements for the entire internal accounts. Prepares and distributes checks from the business office as needed on a daily basis. Run monthly accounting reports. Record and maintain accurate records of debts to the school, i.e. NSF checks. Monitor internal/external building budget. Collect timesheets and process any paperwork needed to pay employees for extra work. Process purchase orders and check requests.
