Job Description Provide general administrative and secretarial assistance for the Superintendent and the Assistant Superintendent as well as general assistance to the entire Office of Catholic Schools team. Job Requirements Associates degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience preferred. Three to five years experience in secretarial or administrative assistant roles preferred. Knowledge of the Catholic Church including in-depth familiarity with its teachings, structures, functions and institutions; general understanding of Catholic school operations. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation tools and other software applications; quickly adaptable to various technological resources.
