This position exists under a strategic staffing initiative and receives an initial $7500 sign-on bonus and another $7500 bonus in June of year one. In October of year two the teacher will receive another $7500 bonus. If the teacher attained met or exceeded growth in year one, as identified in EVAAS, s/he will receive another $7500 bonus in June of year two.
