Qualifications:
Reports to: Principal, Student Services Coordinator, Nurse Supervisor
Job Goal: Provision of school health services to students and serve as a liaison between the school, the medical community and other agencies involved in the health and welfare of students.
Terms of Employment: Nine month contract (187 days).

Additional Information: Full time, 9 month Float Nurse Position, RN required. This position requires ability to work flexible hours as needed to cover medically impacted students at school, during after-hour activities and on bus routes.

Qualifications:
- Clinical nursing experience with school age children in the hospital, community health or pediatric clinic desired.
- Clinical nursing skills necessary to provide safe care to students with special health care needs.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with administration, nursing supervisor, faculty, parents and students.
- Ability to demonstrate complete, accurate and timely documentation of health services rendered.
- Possess current CPR certification.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
