SCOPE: To assess and treat eligible exceptional education students using the school-based occupational or physical therapy approach.
EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or successful completion of the Certified Occupation
Therapy Assistant (COTA) Career Mobility Program through the American Occupational Therapy
Association.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed to provide occupational or physical therapy in the State of Florida.
• Satisfactory completion of an internship in the area of physical therapy.
PREFERRED/DESIRED:
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/TRAINING:

• Valid Florida Driver's License.
