Custodial Supervisor
Buildings:
District
Annual salary range commensurate with training and experience.
Qualifications:
1. Valid Ohio driver's license
2. Must have a home phone or cell phone
3. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
4. Knowledge of or experience in custodial/maintenance work
5. Combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities for the housekeeping of all buildings
6. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, principals and other officials
7. Have a belief in education and a concern for children
General Description:
Administers all custodial operations in order to insure cleanliness, of all district buildings and grounds. Responsible for the supervision of all custodial staff. In addition, responsible for assessing the number of
supplemental people needed for summer help and selecting and scheduling summer workers from applicants.
