Position: Loudonville High School Principal
Qualifications:
•Valid Ohio Administrative License, 7-12 licensure
•Clear Ohio FBI/BCI check
•Valid OTES 2.0 and School Counselor evaluator credentials or ability to obtain
•Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
Preferred Qualifications:
•Administrative experience, including experience as District Representative at IEP and 504 meetings
•Current CPI Training or ability to obtain
Duties:
1.Provides strong instructional leadership and provides feedback to support teaching staff.
2.Monitors the implementation of curricular programs that meet the individual needs, interests and abilities of all students.
3.Evaluates and guides the learning process toward the achievement of District Goals and participates in OIP meetings.
4.Collaboratively leads data analysis, instructional planning and RTI meetings related to student progress.
5.Evaluates certified and classified staff.
6.Creates an environment that is conductive to learning and creates a culture of respect while building positive relationships with students, staff, families and the community.
7.Leads and supports a building behavior plan through the implementation of PBIS.
8.Oversee reasonable rules of classroom behavior and procedures and maintain order in the classroom in a fair and just manner.
9.Takes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials and facilities.
10.Maintains accurate, complete and correct records as required by law, district policy and administrative regulations
11.Implementing all policies and rules governing the District
12.Any additional duties assigned by Superintendent
