Center Based BCBA position available
Full-time, Monday - Friday, BCBA position is available. This position is an exclusive center based BCBA position available at RCS Learning Center (Natick, MA). This is a rare opportunity to be able to join our Learning Center as a BCBA.
Qualifications:
work with individuals with Autism
develop skill acquisition programs
create function-based behavior support plans
complete both skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
proficient in staff, teacher and parent trainings
possesses excellent communication, organization and time management skills
must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavioral Analyst (LABA)
ideally have at least one year of BCBA experience
RCS Benefits Include:
Up to 6 weeks for vacation, personal time and holidays off
Annual salary, rates are competitive
Free CEU's offered onsite
Oversight from experienced BCBA's
