- Valid PA Instructional I or II Special Education Certification required;
- Additional certificate Autisim Endorsement (preferred)
- Experienced teaching in a low-incidence of Autistic Support classroom (preferred)
- Experience supporting students with behavioral, academic, communication, and functional needs related to Autism (preferred)
Skills:
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the various needs of students in the classroom
- Experience with behavior management and implementation of positive behavior support plans
- Understanding of applied behavior analysis (preferred)
