- Ability to collaborate well with professional staff and educational assistants
- Understanding of the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks for Kindergarten
- Ability to plan and deliver dynamic, challenging instruction that engages all learners
- Ability to integrate technology into classroom instruction
- Strong Communication Skills (speaking and writing)
- Strong Classroom Management
