10 Months Full-time

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from an approved education program in subject area
- Masters in English is preferred but not required
- Must have NC Teaching License or have qualifications to obtain a NC teaching license through a recognized teacher education program
- Must understand North Carolina Course of Study/Common Core and Essential Standards
- Experience teaching English at high school level is preferred
- Other duties as assigned by Superintendent, Principal or designee including but not limited to extracurricular assignments
- Multi-certified preferred but not required
