•Early math concepts
•Science and discovery
•Self-help and independence
•Creative arts and sensory exploration
•Bible stories and character development
Every activity is planned with purpose to help children grow academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Responsibilities
•Create a safe, joyful, and engaging classroom environment.
•Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with our curriculum and year-end objectives.
•Foster children's curiosity, confidence, independence, and love of learning.
•Build strong partnerships with families through ongoing communication.
•Observe and document children's growth and developmental progress.
•Collaborate closely with colleagues to provide a consistent, high-quality educational experience.
•Maintain a classroom that reflects excellence in organization, safety, and care.

Qualifications
•Experience teaching toddlers or young children in an early childhood classroom.
•Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice.
•Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
•Ability to create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences.
•EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification (or eligibility) preferred.
•A collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and genuine love for working with young children.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a teacher who sees the toddler years as an incredible opportunity to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and lay the foundation for lifelong learning. The ideal candidate is patient, creative, energetic, and committed to helping each child reach their fullest potential in a nurturing school environment.
If you are passionate about early childhood education and want to be part of a supportive team that values excellence, relationships, and purposeful learning, we encourage you to apply.
