Milestones Academy is looking for an energetic, dedicated 4th/5th Grade Teacher who loves helping students learn, grow, and succeed.
We offer small class sizes, a supportive team, and a collaborative school environment where teachers are encouraged to be creative, build meaningful relationships with students, and make learning FUN!
What You'll Do:
Create engaging, standards-based lessons
Build a positive, structured classroom
Differentiate instruction to meet students where they are
Monitor student progress and celebrate growth
Communicate and partner with families
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administration
Maintain high academic and behavioral expectations
Most importantly-help students love learning!

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Elementary classroom teaching experience
Strong classroom management skills
Knowledge of grade-level standards
Ability to create engaging, differentiated instruction
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, dependable, student-centered attitude
