Job Description The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct behavioral and instructional support to students in Kindergarten through Grade 2 under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in collaboration with teachers, related service providers, and families. The RBT implements behavior intervention plans, supports students in developing academic, social-emotional, communication, and self-regulation skills, and promotes positive participation in the classroom and school community.
