Job Description Position Overview: The Portsmouth School Department is seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time BCBA to support our middle and high school programs. This role involves providing behavioral consultation and intervention support to students across the schools as needed. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with intensive and general behavioral needs. Provide direct support, coaching, and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff. Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions and supports. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop IEP goals related to behavior and social-emotional functioning.
