Job Description The Sharon Public Schools is seeking a Full-Time Nurse. This position will be located at Sharon High School.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Triage student medical needs
- Screenings
- Medication Administration
- Training as appropriate
- Support building nurses as applicable and necessary.
- Other duties assigned by the Director of Student Services and the Nurse Leader.
The successful candidate will have experience in school-based nursing and an understanding of state regulations pertaining to school nursing. Experience with diabetes is preferred.
This position follows the Sharon Public Schools calendar and is a school year position. Salary is commensurate with experience, in accordance with the Sharon Teachers Association Collective Bargaining Agreement.
BSN required and DESE School Nurse licensure (or ability to obtain DESE School Nurse Licensure within 1 year) required.
