Scope
The Aftercare Supervisor will provide enriching experiences after school in a safe, structured and relaxed environment. Activities and programming will consistently align with Christian Academy School System's mission statement: to develop students with a heart for God who grow as Jesus did in wisdom, stature and in favor with God and men.

Scope
The Aftercare Supervisor will provide enriching experiences after school in a safe, structured and relaxed environment. Qualifications
The candidate shall possess characteristics that reflect:
- A strong clear Christian testimony with a mature and godly spirit
- A daily example of the highest Christian virtue both in and out of school
- Commitment to faithful attendance and support of a church whose beliefs are in agreement with the Statement of Faith for the Christian Academy School System
- Agreement and belief that The Bible is the final authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind
The ideal candidate shall:
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Actively supervise and train the Aftercare worker(s)
- Develop and implement weekly afternoon lesson plans
- Organize SAC for in-service, fall/winter/spring breaks, and summer camps
- Order SAC supplies as needed
- Supervise K-5 students in the afterschool setting
- Maintain record of daily check-in and check-out times of students
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities for each afternoon
- Communicate with parents as needed
- Assist JA/Elementary as needed during school hours
- Lunch duty for Elementary
Outcomes
- Assure students are supervised until pick up time
- Christ-like relationships with students, colleagues, peers and parents

The Aftercare Supervisor is responsible to the Elementary School Principal.
