Milton School District seeks a collaborative, student-centered Principal to lead Milton Elementary School. The ideal candidate will be an instructional leader committed to building a positive school culture and ensuring that the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of all students are consistently met.
This role requires leading curriculum implementation aligned with New Hampshire ED 306 standards, supporting staff development, and establishing systems that promote continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
• NH Principal Certification
• Strong instructional leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a positive school culture
• Experience developing systems to meet the needs of all students
• Background in staff supervision, evaluation, and professional development
• Experience using student data to inform instruction and intervention
