NOTICE OF VACANCY

POSITION: Occupational Therapist
DISTRICT: Hollis School District
BUILDING: HPS & HUES
SALARY: Competitive Salary based on degree and experience

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Hollis School District is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to support elementary students in developing the skills necessary for success in school. The Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers to address fine motor, sensory, and functional needs that impact student participation and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to determine eligibility for occupational therapy services

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and write IEP goals

Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in various school settings

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions

Recommend and support the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology

Provide training and resources to staff and families as appropriate

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will hold or be able to obtain Allied Health Professional Licensure in the State of NH as a condition of employment; Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting preferred; Knowledge of special education laws, IEP processes, and school-based service delivery; Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills; Applicant must be able to pass a State and Federal Criminal Background check;
