This role involves distributing progress reports and report cards, preparing withdrawal forms, and creating student schedules. Additionally, the Registrar provides student information to authorized parties in compliance with established policies and offers general clerical support and guidance as needed. This position is crucial for ensuring the maintenance of accurate enrollment data and the efficient operation of academic record-keeping.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION:- High school diploma or GED equivalent

ESSENTIAL DUTIES (Generally ranges from 5-10 bullet points)- Develops master class schedules and assists in the general operation of administrative offices to ensure accurate student course and class size requirements.
- Attends department, committee, and other assigned meetings to exchange necessary job-related information.
- Evaluates transcripts of incoming students to transfer grades and credits into the student information system.
- Notifies appropriate personnel about potential student course deficiencies to facilitate requirement fulfillment.
- Maintains and updates manual and electronic records, including grades and transcripts, to provide current and historical data in line with administrative and legal standards.
- Handles student enrollment and withdrawal processes, creating new student folders to meet compliance standards.
- Prepares and distributes standardized documents and reports like report cards and schedules for effective communication with various parties.
- Processes documents and responds to requests for information from students, other districts, and agencies regarding transcripts and job verifications.
- Responds to inquiries from internal and external sources to provide information and guidance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of student records.
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
