Elementary Building Principal
The building principal serves as the educational leader and chief administrator of the school, responsible for the coordination and implementation of effective practices in curriculum, instruction, and assessment to meet student needs and drive student learning; the development and sustainment of a healthy school climate and culture; the hiring, supervision, professional growth, and evaluation of staff; the application of sound integrity and ethics in decision-making; the implementation of the policies, procedures, and regulations of the District; and the management of complete operations of the school to ensure a safe and connected learning environment for all students and staff that results in high levels of growth and learning.
Full Time Year-Round Position
Salary and benefits per Timberlane Administrators Union agreement
Master's Degree with a major in Educational Administration or equivalent
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in education with at least three (3) years in school administration and supervision and three (3) years as an educator
New Hampshire DOE Certification or Statement of Eligibility in Principal Endorsement
Valid Driver's license for district required travel
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the School Board may find appropriate and acceptable
