•A leader who is prepared to coordinate recruitment, hiring and onboarding for the district's new hires
•A leader who supports employee relations and personnel processes
•A leader who is ready to communicate with and align goals across departments
•A leader with logistical skills that will support planning, problem solving and service delivery
•A leader who can evaluate, articulate and strategize to enhance the district's operation efficiency, effectiveness and safety

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in education, business, public administration, or related field
•Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience
•Demonstrated organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
•Valid Ohio Administrative License or ability to obtain
•Experience in school operations (transportation, facilities, food service) and/or human resources
•Knowledge of personnel processes including hiring, employee relations, and compliance
•Experience managing multiple departments or teams
•Experience working in a school district or public sector environment
•Must pass a general background check (BCI/FBI)

SALARY:
Commensurate with experience
