Salary: Competitive and commensurate with skills and experience Range: $115,000 - $125,000

The Elementary Assistant Principal supports the Principal in providing leadership, supervision, and administration of the school's educational programs, staff, and operations. This role focuses on fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes academic and social-emotional growth for all students. The Assistant Principal serves as an instructional leader, supports staff development, collaborates with families, and ensures compliance with district policies and state regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Massachusetts licensure as an Assistant Principal/Principal (or eligibility for licensure).
Minimum of five years of teaching experience, preferably at the elementary level.
Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices.
Experience fostering accountability, promoting empathy, and supporting conflict resolution.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, staff, families, and community members.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable school environment.
