- Master's Degree
- Appropriate Ohio Administrative Certificate/License (or be eligible to obtain)
- Previous successful leadership as an Athletic Director is preferred
- Strong team leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work collaborating as a member of an administrative team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate effectively with a diverse staff, students, parents, and community
- Ability to work with and promote school programs
- Understanding of scheduling and facilities management for school programs
- Ability to motivate staff members, students, and parents
- Understanding and experience with budget management
- Prior coaching experience preferred
