Job Description Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent, prefer Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior administrative assistant/clerical experience.
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing, including demonstrated skill in reading and interpreting documents, writing reports, memos, etc.
- Proven work record and desire to work cooperatively and positively with district personnel, community, and parents.
- Maintain professionalism during stressful situations, while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, Outlook, Edulog). Power School and AS400 preferred.
- Ability to work independently with a team attitude and minimal supervision.
- Detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy.
- Organize and implement projects, willingness to learn and utilize new technology systems.
- Professional phone manners and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Good attendance record required.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Classification III - 52 weeks - 7.5 hours per day - Administrative Assistant to Maintenance, Auxialliary Service Facility.
