Administer personnel benefits, retirement, and open enrollment programs.
Onboard new employees. Coordinate reporting to state and local agencies.
Manage internal data systems and data collection initiatives.

4. Manage internal data systems for reporting, analysis, and data collection
Qualifications:
1. Education: College Degree preferred
2. Skills and Abilities: knowledge of FileMaker Pro, Excel, Word and Google
Suite; ability to exchange and manipulate relational data between systems,
superior organizational abilities; ability to work well with people
3. Preferred Knowledge: Guidelines and benefits specific to administrators,
teachers, support and custodial staff; Mass. Teachers' and Middlesex Retirement
Systems; Chapter 32B regulations; insurance provider options; and State and
Federal Reporting Regulations
4. Certification or License: none required
