The Head of School serves as the chief executive and educational leader of all school-age programs in two states (Rhode Island and Massachusetts), responsible for advancing the institution's mission, ensuring academic excellence, and overseeing all operational aspects of schools covering grades pre-K to 12+.

This role directly supervises:

Head of The Carter School (grades 9 to 12+)
Head of The Grace School (grades K to 8 including Rhode Island Pre-K)
Head of The Schwartz School (grades pre-K to 12+)
Director of Special Education (grades pre-K to 12+)
Rhode Island Pre-K

Job Requirements

Master's degree or higher in education, leadership, or related field
Valid certification from RIDE and MA-DESE as a School Administrator or Superintendent
Significant leadership experience in K-12 education (preferably both public and private or independent school)
Experience managing multiple academic leaders, schools or campuses
