Description: Systems Support Technician - 1 FTE
Job Summary: The SYSTEMS SUPPORT TECHNICIAN provides frontline, onsite technical support for staff and students in assigned schools and district buildings. This role supports hardware,
software, devices, peripherals, and user access while maintaining excellent customer service and minimizing disruption to learning. The Technician collaborates with district
Technology teams, building administrators, and staff to ensure timely issue resolution, consistency of technology implementation, and effective use of technology resources.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or industry certification preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in technical support, computer repair, or related IT environments.
Experience supporting hardware, software, printers, peripherals, and basic networking.
Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 260 days per year. Starting salary of $24.21 per hour, based on verified previous experience.
