Remote Part-Time Tutor Manager | ISD Pod Lead | Eldea Tutors

$2,000 - $3,000 monthly

Job Description

Eldea Tutors is looking for a reliable, organized, and mission-driven Tutor Manager to help lead one of our remote tutoring pods.

Eldea is building a community-first tutoring model designed to make academic support more affordable for families, more consistent for students, and more sustainable for educators. Our tutors support students through drop-in tutoring, small-group learning, and live SI-style sessions that help students feel less alone and more confident in school.

As a Tutor Manager, you will serve as the operational lead for an Eldea tutoring pod. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, calm under pressure, strong with communication, and excited about building a supportive team culture.

You will help manage a team of tutors, monitor attendance and professionalism, support the student and parent experience, and report pod performance to Eldea leadership. This is a strong fit for educators, school leaders, instructional coaches, department leads, experienced tutors, or organized professionals who care deeply about student support and educational access.

A Note About Ambassadors and Future Opportunities

The best way to partner deeply with Eldea and be prioritized for future roles is to also join our Ambassador Program.

We strongly encourage current and future Eldea staff to become ambassadors because it shows that you believe in the mission, care about affordable education support, and are willing to help us reach the families and students who need this most.

For Tutor Managers, this does not mean strict social media requirements. We are not looking for influencers. We are looking for people who genuinely believe in the project and are willing to share Eldea with students, families, teachers, parent groups, churches, community organizations, and local networks where the need is real.

If you are embedded in your community and excited to spread the word about affordable academic help, the Ambassador Program is one of the strongest ways to grow with Eldea.
