Description: Director - Curriculum and Instruction 7-12
Job Summary: The DIRECTOR - CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION (7-12) provides district-level leadership for the planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement
of secondary curriculum and instructional programs. This role ensures rigorous, aligned, and engaging learning experiences that support district goals, graduation requirements, and state mandates.
The Director works collaboratively with district and building leaders to advance instructional quality while maintaining strict confidentiality, providing world-class customer service, responding to all emails
in a timely manner, and completing all Safe Schools training in a timely manner.
Qualifications: Master's degree in education or a related field.
Valid Ohio Department of Education administrative license.
Five (5) or more years of successful teaching and administrative experience, including curriculum development responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of secondary instruction, assessment, and accreditation standards.
Valid Driver's license
Working Conditions: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week and 260 days per year based on a school year calendar, 1 FTE.
