Description: Assistant Director of Curriculum and Instruction 7-12, 1 FTE

Job Summary: The ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF INSTRUCTION (7-12) - EAST provides district-level instructional leadership and administrative oversight to support high-quality teaching

and learning across secondary grades. This role partners with building administrators and instructional leaders to advance personalized learning, rigorous curriculum, future-ready

programming, and continuous improvement while maintaining strict confidentiality, providing world-class customer service, and ensuring timely communication.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.

Valid Ohio Department of Education administrative license.

Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant educational experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and district policies.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.

Valid driver's license required.

Working Conditions: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week and 260 days per year based on a school year calendar, 1 FTE.
