QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's Degree
- Appropriate State of Ohio Administrative License
- Minimum of five years successful teaching, administrative and/or supervisory experience, is preferred
- Primary/Secondary building-level experience
- Recognized instructional leadership with demonstrated expertise in partnering with others to elevate the level of instruction and improve achievement
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and human relations skills
- Demonstrates experience working with students, parents, staff, and administrators
- Demonstrates experience working with diverse learners
- Experience using technology as both a management and instructional tool
- Evaluates teaching effectiveness based on student achievement
- Demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning
- Experience with personnel, student and fiscal management
- Creates a learning climate that supports student achievement and safety
- A satisfactory report from Criminal Records check
- Good health, high moral character, and good attendance record
- Demonstrates a sincere desire to aid all students
- Adheres to school, district, state, and federal policies, regulations, and laws
