The Work-Based Learning and Marketing Assistant develops, coordinates, and manages work-based learning opportunities for students through partnerships with local employers, businesses, industries, and community organizations. The Assistant supports student career development by creating meaningful workplace experiences aligned with curriculum, career pathways, and Ohio Department of Education requirements.

Job Requirements

•Associate degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Workforce Development, Business, or a related field preferred.
•Valid Ohio educator license preferred, but not required.
•Experience in Career Technical Education, workforce development, employer relations, or work-based learning preferred.
•Strong communication and public relation skills.
•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to establish partnerships with business and industry.
•Valid driver's license and ability to travel to employer sites.
•Must pass required background checks.
