Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in school counseling, social work or related fieldExperience working with at-risk studentsAbility to help students and families acquire techniques, strategies and skills by offering supports for academic successAbility to connect the community with mental health resourcesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well with diverse populationsAbility to build relationships with students and families to increase attendanceKnowledge of PBIS and the ability to ensure district alignmentExperience preferredMust have clean & current BCI/FBI background checks
