Position Highlights:
- Full-Time: 6.5 hours per day, 32.5 hours per week.
- Purpose-Driven Work: Support students with diverse learning needs in a dynamic educational setting.
- Summers off.
- Competitive 10-Step Wage Scale
- Starting at $21.92/hr for entry-level.
- Up to $29.87/hr for 10+ years of experience.
- Additional Pay for Education:
- +$.50/hr for Associate Degree.
- +$1/hr for Bachelor Degree.
- +$2/hr for working with students who have personal care needs.
- Medical & Dental Plans:
- Two levels of medical; one is 100% paid, the other just $66/month.
- Two levels of dental coverage are available.
- Free $10K Life Insurance Policy.
- Paid Time Off: 10 sick days and 9+ holidays.
