Job Title: K-12 Counselor

What You'll Do:- Provide direct and indirect counseling services to support students' academic and career growth.
- Monitor students experiencing academic or behavioral challenges.
- Facilitate transitional planning activities and help students set measurable, attainable educational goals.
- Deliver individual and small group counseling focused on academic and career objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and use assessments to guide interventions and support services.
- Support student attendance, engagement, and at-risk student interventions.
- Maintain records, monitor reporting deadlines, and manage mandated testing programs.
- Provide guidance on post-secondary planning, career exploration, and enrollment in career-technical programs.
- Maintain up-to-date scholarship, financial aid, and college/military resource files.
What You'll Bring:- Valid Ohio State Board of Education license.
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain professional, confidential student records.
- Knowledge of academic and career guidance practices.
- Record free of criminal violations that would prohibit employment.
