Qualifications:
  • At least one of the following is required:
    • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with a relevant major
    • High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Five (5) years of experience using enterprise applications
  • Willingness to remain current in applicable software certifications and credentials

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience working with technology in an educational setting
  • Experience in the use of work order/ticketing systems and use of analytics
  • Experience with problem-solving Informational Technology issues

Performance Responsibilities:

Assists with the development, implementation, and improvement of support procedures for the efficient delivery of assigned technology services.
Monitors, evaluates, and reports on the technology services delivered by assigned personnel or vendors according to service level agreements.
Communicates with vendor technology support to resolve hardware, software, application, and/or service issues.
Monitors and analyzes the performance of technology services and initiates necessary corrective action.
Supports project management of technology services.
Utilizes current data processing techniques and productivity tools.
Maintains documentation and compliance with standard practices.
Provides support in the use of applications as appropriate.
Ensures adherence to safety practices.
Follows all relevant policies, procedures, and protocols.
Performs other job-related functions as assigned.
