Assists the Principal with leading the day-to-day operations and serving as an instructional leader within the JR/SR High School building. Implements and enforces policies, standards, and strategic plans within assigned school. Supervises school staff and provides leadership, coaching & feedback, and performance management in an effort to facilitate effective operations, teaching, and learning. Gathers and submits data regarding the progress and status of building operations and instructional activities. Serves as leader of the assigned school in the absence of the Principal.
