New Lebanon Local Schools is seeking candidates for the position of Dixie High School Principal
The New Lebanon Local School District Board of Education is seeking qualified applicants for the position of H.S. Principal.
Qualifications
Valid State of Ohio Principal's License. A clear record as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and/or the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Responisibilities
Responsible for the organization and management of all school personnel, programs, and services. Execute the policies and administrative directives of the board of education according to Ohio Administrative Rules and Ohio Revised Code. Provide staff leadership to carry out competency-based educational programs. Evaluate the ability of the instructional program to meet the learning needs of all students. Oversee proficiency testing programs. Provide leadership in the development of administrative recommendations and innovative plans to improve the school district.
