- Are a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, or education consultant
- Enjoy presenting, training, coaching, or leading adult learners
- Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently

- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field
