Description: Assistant Director - Guidance / 504's --- Anticipated Opening
Job Summary: The ASSISTANT DIRECTOR - GUIDANCE / 504'S provides district-wide leadership, supervision, and oversight of school counseling programs and Section 504 services.
This role ensures consistent implementation of guidance programming, alignment with MTSS frameworks, and compliance with federal and state regulations related to Section 504.
The Assistant Director collaborates closely with school counselors, administrators, families, and external partners to support student academic, social-emotional, and postsecondary readiness.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Educational Administration, School Counseling, or a related field.
Valid Ohio Administrative Licensure.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of teaching or counseling experience
Experience in student services and school counseling preferred.
Valid Ohio driver's license.
Working Conditions: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week and 260 days per year based on a school year calendar, 1 FTE.
