What You'll Do- Partner with the High School Principal to foster a positive, student-centered school culture.
- Support teachers through classroom observations, coaching, and meaningful instructional feedback.
- Promote high expectations for student achievement, behavior, attendance, and engagement using restorative practices whenever appropriate.
- Use academic, attendance, behavior, and other data to guide decisions and improve student outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, faculty, and community partners.
- Support school programs by attending student events, performances, and athletics.
- Ensure consistent implementation of school policies, procedures, and state requirements.
- Collaborate with counselors, special education staff, instructional coaches, and teachers to support every student's success.
- Contribute to the continued growth of LVA's International Baccalaureate (IB) programs and learner-centered culture.

Qualifications- Pennsylvania Principal (PK-12) Certification required.
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
- Successful teaching experience required.
- Building-level education experience preferred.
- Knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and school operations.
- Experience with the International Baccalaureate Programme is preferred, but not required.
