Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Department of Education Educational Aide License/Permit (or ability to obtain one).
- Meets all state and federal qualification requirements, including an approved degree, required college coursework, or an acceptable score on an approved professional standards assessment.
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, resilience, and a commitment to high performance.
- Maintains a record free of criminal violations that would prohibit employment in an Ohio public school.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Positive, collaborative, and committed to supporting student success.
- Provide valuable non-teaching support as an active member of the educational team.
- Assist in creating a safe, positive, and productive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families.
- Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and attention to detail in daily responsibilities.
- Participate in professional learning opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Maintain familiarity with emergency preparedness and response procedures.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
