- Must have the knowledge, skills, and experience to offer effective services to students
- Must be SC Certified as a School Psychologist II or III
- Must be able to work effectively with minimum supervision
- Must work well with students, parents, teachers and administrators
- Must be able to complete all physical and mental aspects of a school psychologist
