  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Five to ten years' experience as an executive assistant or a similar role, preferably in an educational or municipal setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle confidential information with discretion, and maintain professionalism at all times
  • Familiarity with employment contracts a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other office software
  • Experience with taking meeting minutes
  • Ability to prioritize tasks

Compensation:

$96,269 - $101,650; commensurate with experience.
