Job Description The Coordinator of Professional Learning leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive, divisionwide professional learning system aligned to strategic priorities. This role ensures professional learning is research-based, job-embedded, and responsive to the diverse needs of staff. The Coordinator develops and facilitates high-quality learning experiences, applies best practices in adult learning, and partners across departments to ensure coherence and alignment. Working collaboratively with the Director of Professional Learning, the Coordinator also manages multiple high-impact initiatives, supports the planning and execution of key professional learning events, and monitors effectiveness through data analysis and feedback. By evaluating engagement, implementation, and outcomes, the role drives continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
