Eldea Ambassador | Teacher & Community Outreach Partner

$2,000 - $3,000 monthly

Job Description

Eldea Tutors is looking for teachers, educators, parents, community leaders, and mission-driven people who want to help families discover a more affordable way to get academic support.

This is not an influencer role. You do not need a large social media following. You do not need to post every day. You do not need to be a marketing expert.

We are looking for people who are trusted in their communities and are willing to spread the word about Eldea honestly.

Eldea’s mission is simple: make high-quality tutoring more accessible, affordable, and consistent for students who need support. Many families want help for their children but cannot afford expensive one-on-one tutoring. Eldea is building a different model through small-group support, drop-in tutoring, and community-based academic help.

As an Eldea Ambassador, you help connect that mission to real families.

What You’ll Do

  • Share Eldea with parents, students, teachers, schools, churches, PTAs, community groups, and local networks

  • Refer families who may benefit from academic support
  • Share Eldea in natural, honest ways through your personal or professional community
  • Provide feedback on what families, students, and teachers are looking for
  • Represent Eldea with professionalism, warmth, and integrity

Teachers Are Strongly Encouraged to Apply

Teachers are some of the best people to represent Eldea because they understand the need firsthand.

You see students who need more help.
You know families who are overwhelmed by tutoring costs.
You understand how much confidence changes when a student finally gets consistent support.
You know that academic help should not only be available to families with large budgets.

If you are a teacher, former teacher, tutor, school staff member, counselor, coach, or education professional, this ambassador role may be a strong fit for you.

This Is Not Just a Social Media Role

Social media can help, but it is not the heart of this role.

We care more about trust than follower count.

You may be a great ambassador if you can share Eldea through:

  • Parent conversations
  • Teacher networks
  • School communities
  • PTA or parent groups
  • Church or faith communities
  • Neighborhood groups
  • Local organizations
  • Group chats
  • Family and friend networks
  • Community events
  • Student support conversations

If you are active in your community and care about affordable education, you can make an impact.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for people who are:

  • Passionate about education and student success
  • Connected to families, students, schools, or community groups
  • Honest, warm, and professional
  • Comfortable explaining why affordable tutoring matters
  • Excited to help students who may not otherwise get support
  • Interested in growing with Eldea over time

Experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, community outreach, student leadership, parent engagement, or education advocacy is helpful but not required.

Why Become an Eldea Ambassador?

This is a great way to get involved with Eldea early, support families in your community, and help build a movement around affordable academic assistance.

For people interested in future roles with Eldea, the Ambassador Program is also one of the best ways to show that you believe in the mission and want to be part of the larger project.

At Eldea, we are not just looking for people who want a position. We are looking for people who care about the problem we are solving.

If you believe students deserve support, families deserve affordability, and educators deserve meaningful opportunities, we would love to have you join us.
